Cranes are checked to make sure all functions work properly and provide you with an inspection report detailing its condition and any repairs required.

All points are greased, cleaned and oil filters replaced. Hydraulic oil levels are topped up and minor adjustments to wearing slides and other equipment are part of our service.

Loler Inspections

Blast Access Engineering are an experienced team of certified engineers offering required testing and certifying for lifting equipment to LOLER regulations.

Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER) is a legal requirement that requires all lifting equipment to have regular LOLER inspections carried out by competent personnel:

  • Before its use
  • Proceeding the repair or replacement of a structural component
  • When a change or alteration of chassis is undertaken
  • When a part is removed and refitted to the original chassis

Recommended testing and examination are carried out on or off site at 6 or 12-month intervals depending on your company requirements.

Following the inspection, a detailed report is issued listing any detected defects and a legal certificate is provided on completion which authenticates usage.
